I took my first breath at 1:53 PM on August 1, 1982, in the old Corsicana hospital, and this town has been in my blood ever since. Growing up here, I was the kid who couldn't sit still: soccer fields, tennis courts, debate rounds, UIL competitions, and Destination Imagination tournaments all shaped the way I think, strategically, creatively, and competitively.
After studying at Navarro College and Austin Community College, I launched my career as a landman in March 2005. For over two decades, I've built a reputation in the oil & gas and real estate title industries, not just for knowing the work, but for pushing the technological envelope every single day. While others were content with the status quo, I was finding faster, smarter, and more precise ways to get the job done. Technology has never been a tool I "adopted." It's been a force I've wielded.
The AI Inflection Point
Then the world changed. When large language models and generative AI hit the market, the playing field didn't just shift, it detonated. And I was ready.
Over the past 26+ months, I've dedicated nearly 10 hours every week to mastering this new frontier the only way that sticks: trial and error, trial by fire. No shortcuts. No surface-level tutorials. I went deep, learning the jargon, understanding the failure modes (the industry calls them "hallucinations," I call them "errors and omissions" because I come from a world where precision matters), and developing PhD-level prompting techniques that unlock capabilities most people don't know exist.
That investment has compounded. I've gained an extraordinary level of confidence and fluency in AI systems, which has allowed me to take on projects of serious complexity, the kind most people won't touch. The practice phase is over. We're now in full development and monetization.
The Mission: Scale Corsicana
Here's where it gets personal.
I'm not chasing statewide reach. I'm not building for a national audience. I'm not trying to conquer the globe, I did that already through Amazon and eBay. This time, I'm laser-focused on one place: Corsicana, Texas. My hometown.
MyCorsicana.com is the launchpad. A second platform, a mammoth project, goes live on March 19, 2026. Together, they represent my "Here's Johnny" moment: the culmination of two decades of professional experience, two years of intensive AI mastery, and a lifetime of loving this community.
